This page is not finished. Passim collects location in order to work, and that deserves a proper explanation rather than a borrowed template.
What Passim knows about where you are
The app follows your position while exploring is switched on, so it can start a story when you reach one. To complete: whether any position ever leaves the device, how long it is kept, and what switching exploring off actually stops.
What is stored
To complete: the anonymous install identifier, saved places, chosen interests and support conversations — what each is for and how long it lives.
Who else is involved
To complete: Supabase (hosting and database), Mapbox (maps), Sentry (crash reports, with coordinates stripped before sending) and ElevenLabs (narration, generated before release and not at run time).
Your choices
To complete: how to switch exploring off, how to delete an account and what happens to the data when you do.
